The service department did a very good job. No messes or fingerprints. Glen is easy to work with and lets us know what services need to be done. He always says when you’re ready so we can budget the large services. All of your of the employees seem to have time to say hello even if just passing by.

You only deal with the sales staff when making your initial purchase, but you see the service department on a regular basis as you have your vehicle maintained over time. I worked with Mike W and it was one of the best car buying experience I have had. I hate the run around and lengthy process that other dealerships make you go through. Process was quick and easy and would recommend Mazzei Chevrolet to anyone interested in a Chevy. I got to the dealership around 11 AM and was on the road home by 3 PM. They had some other sales closed out before me and this also included the time I waited for a Finance Manager to be available to finish out the paperwork.

I shopped about 10 local dealerships. Off the bat, Melissa was far and away the most responsive and helpful liaison to sales. She never let more than a few minutes pass without a response where some dealerships allowed for 1, 2 or even 3 days (Lodi). Beyond that, Ron was willing to speak on the phone with me for lengths of time, weeks before my actual purchase or intent to purchase. Once I was ready to purchase, Ron located and traded with a dealership that I did not was to work with (Santa Rosa) to have the truck brought to Vacaville. Impressed all around!

The people helping me were all very courteous and eager to help. My problem was that I was charged $260 to diagnose a problem (turned out my 12v battery on my Bolt was bad), then $310 to replace it. I got no credit of the original diagnosis toward the work. $500+ dollars for a battery replacement was excessive.

I didn't have my car in on July 23rd but I did have it in on July 16th. My experience was good.

gave me a fair tradein price sales persons were well informed treated me with respect worked with me to obtain the best finance percent gave me a decent price on the new car knocked off as much as they could. If you guys did not do the service that you said you would do by rotating my tires, checking the air pressure and you guys lied, you said you did it. I know you you didn't because I checked the air pressure and they were all off and you never rotated the tires

My Truck was due for a regular oil change & service. I was given a ride home and was there for no more than a hour! So excellent service with a quick turnaround! Great Job!!

It was very good, but it took to long for paper work, it was Sunday and they said it was only one person doing paper work, and several buyers.

My 2019 3500 GMC Sierra w/Duramax produced a check engine light, so, I contacted my service advisor Mark Lopez and was able to get a same day appointment to diagnose and hopefully fix the issue. A faulty O2 sensor was found, and the part was in stock so along with some other maintenance work I was able to get my vehicle back same day which is awesome! I appreciate Mark getting me in and keeping me up to date on my vehicles progress, the Techs at Mazzei Chevrolet have always done great work on my truck!

If there were 10 stars, I’d give these guys 12. Numan Llyon, Paul Hoffman, and Bob Frank are basically the Avengers of customer service. One handles business, one saves the day, and one keeps the whole operation from exploding (looking at you, Bob 😆). They answered questions before I even knew I had them, fixed problems I didn’t even know existed, and somehow made the whole experience actually fun. If you want a team that gets things done and keeps you laughing instead of crying, these are your guys. Absolutely legendary!

My appointment was at 9:00 9:30 am I show up at 9:35 there was two people at the office at the time they look pretty busy to me. I have to wait one hour and 15 minutes before they see me and finally do the paperwork to change the oil on my truck. I’m driving from Sonoma about 45 minutes because I like the service that you guys provide to my truck, but one hour and 15 minutes waiting. It’s a little too much. I was very disappointed because of that reason.
